In one of the last quiet places in the middle of the city, very close to the Spree, we are building 170 Exclusive Apartments, with a total living area of 16000sqm, including underground parking. The challenge here is the exclusive attention which we must pay to the existing complex, and the high finish quality of the execution works. A different challenge here, as general contractor, is the relatively small space available around the site for the construction site organization.
